Feedback Loop Integration
Registration and processing of ISP feedback loops — JMRP, Yahoo CFL, Comcast, La Poste, Mail.ru — routed into suppression and complaint analysis. Without FBLs, complaint rates are guesswork.
Overview
Feedback loops are the mechanism by which mailbox providers report user complaints back to senders. Registering for them is a prerequisite for serious sending. Processing them correctly — deduplicating, attributing to the correct campaign, and enforcing suppression — is a second prerequisite.
Northbound registers every eligible feedback loop for our IPs and domains, processes the ARF reports, and enforces immediate suppression on the complaining address across all client streams.

Does Gmail offer a feedback loop?
Not in the classic ARF sense. Gmail exposes aggregate complaint data through Postmaster Tools, which we monitor separately.
