Deliverability
Dedicated Deliverability Engineers
Named engineers embedded with your program on a retainer basis. Same person answers the phone at 2am and writes the monthly review. Continuity is the product.
Overview
Deliverability is a slow-moving problem punctuated by fast-moving incidents. Continuity of the person handling it matters more than any tool. Named engineers on retainer means the person diagnosing your incident already knows your topology, your list, your content and your history.
This is the model most of our long-term clients operate under. It scales down (one engineer, one client) and up (a pod of three, one lead, for the largest programs).
Benefits
- Named engineer or engineering pod
- Continuity across incidents, migrations and audits
- Attends your internal reviews and roadmapping sessions on request
