Microsoft SNDS Optimization

Enrolment in Microsoft's Smart Network Data Services, JMRP registration, and daily monitoring of IP reputation across the Outlook and Hotmail estate.

Overview

SNDS is Microsoft's equivalent of Postmaster: IP-level reputation, complaint data, spam trap hits, and mail flow. JMRP is the associated feedback loop. Neither is optional for senders with meaningful Outlook or Hotmail volume.

Northbound enrols every IP we operate in SNDS and every domain in JMRP where the client sends to Microsoft. Data is reviewed daily; degradation triggers remediation.
